Very well-played old school Italian HC ( do you remember Negazione, Kina, etc.? ) is here proposed by Cesena's 4-member act ( not to be mistaken with the homonymous 80's thrash/deathsters ). The 20 tracks of "Statico Senso" are definitely more various, interesting, and better arranged than the songs constituting the split, proof of the inexorable ripening happened in the last 2 years. Great screaming and guitaristic assaults, irresistible tight drums, with a few controlled moments. On the other hand we have in both of the records wonderful social lyrics, real strong point of the band, intelligent, disposed to treat everyone with the same human warmth, and currently popular enough abroad, too. Contrasto are much more than a hope in the Italian HC field, they've confirmed what good they did before and gained more fans and respect with "Statico Senso". The mark is the result of the mean between 90/100 of the full-length and the 70/100 of the 7", of which I've appreciated ROID's anarcho-punk very much, as well.
